The room block is open. For the $93 rate mention PantheaCon. If the hotel says it is full, you can go to the overflow hotel Holiday Inn San Jose, for an $85 rate; mention PantheaCon for the special rate.
At the DoubleTree we have all the function room space with 4 ballrooms full of wondrous vendors and 4 ballrooms for rituals and workshops along with 10 additional rooms.

Presenters can expect to find the applications open in July 2009.
On line Registration for the Con will open in July 2009 and closes Feb. 1, 2010; after then you can register on site.

Last year’s Greening of the Con made over $800 to offset carbon. It was lower than last year due to technical errors at Reg. We will provide the opportunity to donate to a carbon offset group again on site at PantheaCon.
